For only the second time in my life I've become a gym rat. I got lucky and found a place that works with people with MS and neurological issues and doesn't believe that we should just give up and sit around. When I lost my husband, it's become a place of solace while I build muscles I didn't even realize I had. I think you're an inspiration.
Kelley, thank you so much for sharing that. That really means the world to me for you to say, but also to be so open about your own life. We got this. 💪
Nothing wrong with it. Anyone who follows you knows that this is who you are. It wasn’t offensive. It didn’t insult anyone. Can we not have fun anymore? Cmon.
I think it’s weird that somehow academics aren’t supposed to be physically strong. Or perhaps physical strength is perceived by some people to be a bad thing. I for one am happy to help someone move a couch. :)

Good for you!! 👏 Fun for you to do and us to see. You keep doing you!
Thank you 😊
It’s rather amusing and no explanation should be needed. We are each a bundle of intriguing, rather paradoxical components.
Linda, you nailed it. Aren’t we ever. :)
